Sec. Jesse Robredo: A True Nagueño

Sec. Jesse Robredo is a great Politician. He is not a corrupt person and he is a good leader. He made good things when he is a Mayor here in Naga, especially for our country when he became the DILG Secretary. On the Other Hand, he is a Father of his family. He loves them so much and he makes sure that he is part of their daily routine. When there is a vacant time or when it is weekend, he visits his family here in Naga.

Sec. Jesse Robredo is also the founder of Naga City Science High School. Without him, there are no Naguenians. He also donated the tiles and repaired our room's ceiling, therefore we Promise to take care of it until we graduated and so forth. These are the proofs that Sec. Robredo is a great man.

He is a hero for us. He have done many good things for others especially the poor. He treat people fairly, there are no Rich and Poor. He is also a Simple man. Though he is a former Mayor of Naga and a former Secretary, he live simple. Before, he is a Mayor who walks around Naga with his shorts and shirt. He is also a Devotee of Ina. He joins the Traslacion every Peñafrancia Festival. When there are people who need help and approach him, he helps and talks with them. He don't care if they are poor.

That's why, We are sad when we heard about the great lost of Sec. Jesse Robredo, the founder of our school. We lost a Good Leader and a Great person.  We offer our prayers for the eternal repose of Sec. Robredo and for the strength of the family.

That is Sec. Jesse M. Robredo. A Great man. A Hero. A Good Leader. A True Nagueño. Simply Jesse.

Research on ICT

Answers:

1. The uses of CC and BCC

CC (carbon copy) - A method of sending a copy of an e-mail to someone, but implying that the person is not the direct recipient. For example, you send an e-mail with instructions to a group you manage, and CC it to your boss so that he or she knows what's going on but understands that the instructions in the mail were not meant for him or her to carry out. .

BCC (blind carbon copy) - When sending an e-mail, if you BCC someone you are sending him or her a copy of your e-mail, but not allowing the recipients in the "To" or "CC" fields of your e-mail client to know that the BCC recipient was sent the message as well. BCC is often used for covert company communications, such as if you are getting irritated at someone and want to let someone else in on it without alerting the party you are irritated about, or if you are sending the CEO of your company a mail telling him or her he or she is wrong about something and want to BCC copies to your friends to gloat over it. Use BCC with caution. One of the most common uses of BCC is when sending mass e-mails; just send the e-mail to yourself and BCC it to the whole group you are sending to.

2. Parts of the email

An email message consists of the following general components:

Headers

The message headers contain information concerning the sender and recipients. The exact content of mail headers can vary depending on the email system that generated the message. Generally, headers contain the following information:
  • Subject. This is what appears in most email systems that list email messages individually. A subject line could be something like "2005 company mission statement" or, if your spam filtering application is too lenient, "Lose weight fast!!! Ask me how."
  • Sender (From). This is the senders Internet email address. It is usually presumed to be the same as the Reply-to address, unless a different one is provided.
  • Date and time received (On). The time the message was received.
  • Reply-to. This is the Internet email address that will become the recipient of your reply if you click the Reply button.
  • Recipient (To:). First/last name of email recipient, as configured by the sender.
  • Recipient email address. The Internet mail address of the recipient, or where the message was actually sent.

Body

The body of a message contains text that is the actual content, such as "Employees who are eligible for the new health care program should contact their supervisors by next Friday if they want to switch."  The message body also may include signatures or automatically generated text that is inserted by the sender's email system.

Attachments

These are optional and include any separate files that may be part of the message.

3. 5 rules in sending a good email

1. Keep it brief.
2. Summarize – not at the end, at the beginning.
3. Ask questions to specific people directly (ex.“Sharon – Is this what you intended?”)
4. Unless you’re the boss, don’t reply all with a question, especially if you do not know who can provide the answer. It will either (a) go nowhere and produce nothing, or (b) cause significant confusion.
5. Figure it – whatever it is – out, before sending the email and make it clear to the recipients why they are getting it. It can be irritating to receive an email about something and have no idea why you’re getting it or what you’re supposed to do with it.

3rd SONA of Pnoy

White Nexus, Blue Matrix, Werewolves,Pink Incredibles, Grayhounds and Kryptonite. Many activities were held like Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Dodgeball, Patintero and Tagu-Taguan. There are also indoor games like, Scrabble,Chess, Sungka and Jackstone.

Ma'am Naag begin the Cup and we show our cheers, as well. After that, we went back to our room to prepare.

Team Kryptonite won the Scrabble. Team White Nexus won the Basketball for boys. Team Kryptonite won the Dodgeball for Girls and for boys. Team Werewolves won the Volleyball and many more.

We really enjoy that day because we learned sportsmanship and to accept our defeat in some games. But then, in the end, Kryptonite won!

Introduction

The SPJ Curriculum is one of the programs here in Naga City Science High school. It is a Special Program for Journalism. There are only few students who are selected to be here in the SPJ. I was one of the lucky students who are studying in this said curriculum.

1 month has passed before we first went to the Viva Building to find our Room. I was so nervous before entering the room because it was the first day of school and It was the first day of being an SPJ student.

Now, there are so many activities held just in 1 month especially in Journalism. Within this month, we have our reporting about History of Journalism in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Rome and Ancient China. We also perform the "Hands Up" Dance. Many recitations were conducted until now.

Also, in other subjects, like Math: We had encounter many Math problems, but we luckily passed them. In English, We are asked to make a Song composition about Philippines because our topic is about Philippine Literature and others. In EsP, we tackled all about Developmental tasks, and the differences between the Old us and Us, now. In Filipino, we tackled many lessons now. We also make a "dula-dulaan" about
"Diskriminasyon".

In Advance English, we always write about anything to enhance our Writing skills. In AP, we tackled all about "Sanggunian". In Science, we tackled about Science Processes and Scientific Methods. Now, we are tackling all about Mixtures and we are always in the Laboratory to experiment. We are also asked to memorize the elements in the Periodic table; this made us stressed. In MAPEH, we are in the P.E mode. We had our Physical Fitness tests and it made our body ached. In ICT, we are not yet having an official lessons because we just started in the first week of July, but then, we are assigned to make a blogger and put anything we want; This is now the blogger we are assigned to make.

There are so many activities to mention last June. It's a Long story. This is all I can say for now. Thank you. :)
